Who We Serve

Support for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

Your goals, your interests, your community. Gloria Care Haven supports individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, who may benefit from community-based engagement and individualized support.

People First

Adults With Their Own Plans and Preferences

Every person deserves opportunities to participate in meaningful community experiences. We start with the individual — their voice, their choices, and the life they want to build — and shape support around that.

We work alongside individuals, families, and support teams so that participation feels natural, respectful, and self-directed. Support may be one-on-one or in small groups, depending on what works best for the person.

What We Build Around

Support Shaped by the Person

Interests

The hobbies, places, and topics that make a day worth looking forward to.

Goals

Personal objectives that guide the support we provide.

Strengths

Skills and talents we build on, rather than gaps we focus on.

Preferences

How, when, and where each person prefers to spend their time.

Abilities

What each person can do — with support tailored to fit, not to replace.

Personal Aspirations

The bigger plans and possibilities each person is working toward.

Participation

Community Belongs to Everyone

People with disabilities belong in their communities. Our role is to make participation possible, comfortable, and meaningful — and then to step back as confidence grows.
